Once you are enrolled in our video production services, you will work alongside your Account Manager to turn in the Film Intake Form. This is our opportunity to hear from you; we want to know the exact story you wish to be told about your brand on video, as this helps to direct us in developing your brand’s tailored video strategy. Once we receive this information from you, our team will begin to construct your filming and video strategy, which will include scheduling a day to travel to your location and film the bulk of your video content. Footage from this shoot will be edited, released, and repurposed across your social media channels as we begin to roll out your brand’s video marketing campaigns. Once your strategy has been developed, you will receive a Film Agenda from our team. This document will serve as the lifeblood of your video shoot.

Film Day

To ensure ample preparation time and subvert any last-minute roadblocks (weather, sudden illness, traffic, etc.), our videographer will arrive onsite early. Our videographer will be providing all technical equipment needed for the shoot, but to keep your space as tidy and stress-free as possible, they do travel light! Any props that you’d like to display on camera are your responsibility to provide.

Self-Filmed Content

There is more to a video strategy than one single day of filming. While the bulk of your filming will be done by your assigned videographer on your scheduled film day, an important element of social media marketing is timeliness, which means that sometimes you can capture good content much faster than we can schedule a shoot! Your Account Manager will work alongside you to gather supplementary content between your shoots, whether you’re filming a day in the life of your team members or just dancing along to a trending audio. Self-filmed content resonates with audiences as it reinforces the genuineness of your brand, and is often a quick, easy, and even fun way to hop on a timely marketing trend!

Post-Production

Our video team works diligently to process your content in a timely manner for posting. Within 3 weeks after your film shoot, you will receive a first round of 1-5 videos we'll be posting for final review. You’ll have one week to provide feedback before we begin to post on your social media channels. Once you have approved of the direction we’re going in, our content editing team will begin to edit your remaining video content. Your Account Manager will schedule, post, and repurpose this content across your social platforms, including any self-filmed content, until it is time to schedule your next shoot.
